SHAKER Machine operation
The machine is designed to rotate containers with liquids in active outlets located in four mixing sections. The machine is intended for mixing liquids that do not pose an explosion or fire hazard.
The machine is equipped with four mixing chambers. Each chamber had a door secured with a magnetic security sensor with a contactless magnetic locking function. The chamber can only be opened when the mixing drive stops. Each chamber operates independently of the others. The operator can set the operating length of each chamber using a time counter or the number of set revolutions.
The machine's structure is made of aluminium profiles. Side covers are made of powder-coated sheet metal. Countertops in individual chambers are made of aluminium by machining.
Each chamber is driven by a dedicated gear motor. The geared motors were installed directly to the mixing module axis, bypassing the drive chains. Reducing the chains contributed to increasing the reliability of the drive system. The geared motors are controlled using frequency converters.
